Hypertrophy Programming Workshop Reviews

The workshop was conducted in a professional way, content was up to date and stayed relevant in the industry, which makes us very easy to apply the knowledge. I didn’t expect to bring home so much knowledge from the 2 days workshop. I also have a lot more questions but I know I need to apply more to find out. This is a must-attend workshop for every trainer/coach that gives strength training to their clients. Overall its a high standard workshop for the price.

Well-structured, relevant and immediately applicable to the job. I am so much more confident now in my programming and exercise selections after understanding the basic sciences behind hypertrophy and each movement. Smooth delivery of the content and well executed. Dr Arvin also shared a lot of his real life experiences and insights. He was patient and insightful in answering all the burning questions we had for him. I would go as far to say that it is a must for any PT who is serious about getting hypertrophy results for clients to attend Dr Arvin’s workshop.

Very informative and compact. Covered a wide topic with regards to hypertrophy which is very useful. The theory part was very straight to the point and concise. The workshop practically answered most, if not all, my questions about hypertrophy. I like the way he backed the information that he presented with scientific evidence. The practical part was really good and fun. He managed to cover such a vast number of exercise selections just in one day. The explanation that he gave during the practical sessions was easy to understand. All in all, it was a great seminar. Worth the money paid.

Content was pretty compact. Amazing job being able to fit in all the important stuff in just 2 days. Quite intricate too as it was way more niche specifically for hypertrophic purposes with a sprinkle of powerlifting! Delivery-wise was terrific. Clear, yes. Effortlessly digested, no. Needed more days to digest all of my notes, that’s how detailed it was. I would love a longer workshop the next time.
