Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out how Dr.Triton Coaching deals with requests for refund of goods sold and/or services rendered.

Refund

All payments made for the workshop, workshop materials, services and/or goods sold are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.

Cancellation of Course

In the event of cancellation of a course by Dr.Triton Coaching for whatsoever reason, a full refund will be given to the participant who registered for the said course. Course confirmation will be sent within 7 days to the participant before the course begins. I shall not be held responsible for any other expenses that have been incurred by the participant with respect to the course.

Rescheduling of Course

Any registered participant who needs to reschedule his/ her course to a later date is subject to a modification fee of RM 200 with ONLY medical reason and supporting documentation(s) and at my sole discretion. The registered participant is required to contact me via email to koli1987@gmail.com to ascertain that a later date is available for rescheduling purposes.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days before the course commencement date. Rescheduling will take into consideration class capacity; participants will be on waiting list and be given seat ONLY if there is availability 7 days before course commencement. It is the participant’s responsibility to contact me and follow-up on the rescheduling request if the participant has not received any reply from me within 14 days from the date of the request was made.

Decision is final and I shall not entertain any appeals thereafter.

Transfer of Course to Another Participant

Any registered course is not allowed to be transferred to another participant. Nevertheless, exception may be granted with valid reason and supporting documentation(s) at my sole discretion. The registered participant is required to contact me at koli1987@gmail.com to ascertain the availability of seats and fulfilment of course pre-requisites. It is the participant’s responsibility to contact me and follow-up on the transfer of course request if the participant has not received any reply from me within 14 days from the date of the request was made. Decision is final and I shall not entertain any appeals thereafter.

Modification of this Policy

Dr.Triton Coaching reserves the right to modify this Policy from time-to-time and without notice. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications
