Resistance Exercise Workshop – Let Me Guide You.

This workshop is directed to helping those who would like to start incorporating resistance exercise into their exercise routine. Many individuals do not have the financial means to hire a trainer, but this should not be a barrier for someone to start doing resistance exercise. This workshop is suitable for beginners looking to learn how to perform and plan a basic resistance training routine for themselves.

Resistance exercise is an amazing tool to increase muscle mass and strength, increase bone density, improve stability improve mood, improve appetite, and overall health.

Time : 9 am – 12 pm

Venue : Body Factory Gym & Fitness Centre, PJ

Fees : RM 12 ( Gym Walk-in Fee – paid at counter )

Itinerary of event :

  • Sign in : 8.45 am
  • Fundamentals of resistance exercise – 9 am – 9.30 am
  • Lower Body Routine – 9.30 am – 10.30 am
  • Upper Body Routine – 10.30 pm to 12 pm
  • Q&A : 12 – 12.15 pm

  • How to plan a simple and effective resistance training routine for a beginner?
  • What are the kinds of exercise that can be done for upper and lower body parts?
  • How to perform them safely?

This workshop is not meant for trainers or intermediate lifters.
